Founded in 2014, Pérez Correa & Associates is a boutique law and business advisory firm focused on three fundamental pillars of economic development: commercial/transactional law, the protection, preservation, and defense of all intellectual property rights, and advising on the growth, institutionalization, and sustainability of family businesses.
What We Do?
As lawyers and advisors, we work hand-in-hand with our clients through the various stages of their companies and businesses, serving as a business partner from the conceptualization of a business plan, the launch or positioning of a product or service, the institutionalization of a structure, the acquisition of funds, and the protection, maintenance, and defense of intellectual rights that are created, owned, acquired, transferred, or exploited as fundamental assets of their incorporation or growth strategies in each industry where the game takes place.
